Notice of clarification from Chantelle Air:
I’d like to share a short message to clear up some confusion and reassure those who have reached out with concern.
I am an active player for the Solent Amazons, fully registered with England Ice Hockey, and I have met all policy and eligibility requirements set by the governing body. My playing status has never been removed, suspended, or banned by the club or by England Ice Hockey, or Ice Hockey UK.

Recently, I temporarily removed myself from the public roster page on our website. I did this solely as a safety precaution, due to unwanted attention and invasions of my privacy online.
This was my decision and mine alone, it was not the result of any action from the club or the league.

Unfortunately, this led to rumours and false accusations circulating on social media. I want to make it absolutely clear that these claims are not official, not accurate, fabricated, and not connected to any real process within the sport.

The club has supported me throughout this situation, and I’m grateful for the kindness many of you have shown.
