We’re thrilled to welcome a brand-new face to the Amazons roster. Emma Hutton joins us for the 2025/26 season!
Emma says, “I am exited to sign for Solent this season and eager to make the most of this opportunity and develop alongside such a dedicated team.”
Emma first stepped on the ice at a young age, trying her hand at hockey during a few stick-and-puck sessions. After joining the British Army, she found her way back to the sport during her trade training, and her talent quickly shone through.
She’s since gone on to represent her corps team, the REME Stallions, and the Army Women’s team, The Fury, playing in the very first interservice match against the RAF.
Now heading into her third season with both teams, Emma is ready for a brand new chapter in her hockey journey by signing in the Women’s National Ice Hockey League with Amazons.
Fast, hard-working, and determined to grow, Emma brings energy to training sessions. Her drive to improve and her willingness to put in the work make her a fantastic addition to the squad. Welcome to Solent Emma!
